Ceremony Officiant

All of the wedding ceremony officiants Happenings™ works with are state licensed officiants and are the best of the best. Whether you are looking for a particular religious ceremony, a mix, or one that is non-denominational we will help you find the right wedding ceremony officiant for your needs. Whether you are looking for suggestions for vows or you want to write your own, our officiants are prepared to deliver the exact ceremony you’ve been dreaming about.

Please note: in order to have your marriage officially recognized by the state you must obtain the wedding license. Our licensed officiant will sign and deliver the executed wedding license immediately following your wedding ceremony. The typical processing time is 2 to 6 weeks. The finalized marriage license will be sent by the state to the address you provide.

Flowers

Flowers play an integral role in setting the mood of your wedding ceremony. They add a bit of texture and color and can enhance the overall elegance of your special moment. Happenings™ works with the best florists in the area to ensure that you are getting quality, variety, and reliability. Our florists offer a wide variety of floral arrangement styles and can customize arrangements to suit your individual preferences. Each of our florists have a reputation of being reliable, punctual, and offering excellent execution. Whether it’s a simple rose or an exotic orchid, our florists can make your flower vision come true.

Happenings™ simplifies the process of getting exactly what you want. Inside your Happenings™ event profile you can select inspiration images for your floral arrangements. However, if you have something particular in mind just simply take a picture of it and download it directly into your file. We will share this information with your florist that can help turn your vision into reality.

Photography

Happenings™ helps you capture truly stunning photos that will help you hold on to these special moments for a lifetime. We work with an amazing team of photographers offering a full range of options from portrait style to photo journalistic. Our photographers can be hired for just your wedding ceremony or to document your full day, with bookings from one-hour to a full day (8 hours).

Each of the photographers Happenings™ works with have experience shooting in our iconic locations, including Central Park, and can help set the perfect scene for your wedding photos.

Our photographers will give you a teaser file with some key images within one-week of your big day. You’ll then get a complete digital file of all images within two weeks. All of these images are yours to use, copy, and share with no additional fees.

Acoustic Soloist

A live musical performance can add a unique presence and tone to your ceremony. Happenings™ offers some of the best talent to complement your special day, coming from the top schools, symphonies, and other performing arts facilities locally. Whether you are looking for an acoustic soloist, duet, trio or quartet we can put together a dream team of talent for you.

Our music packages allow you to choose guest arrival, precessional, and recessional songs. Have something special in mind? No problem! Simply give us your suggestion and we can find the best musician or musicians to suit your particular needs.

Videography

If you want to relive your big day over and over, then you’ll want to hire a videographer. Happenings™ works with an amazing team of videographers that cover a full range of shooting options. Like our photographers, our videographers can be hired for a minimum of one-hour and up to a full day (8-hours).

Each of our videographers have experience working and filming in our iconic locations, including Central Park, giving them the know-how to perfectly capture your wedding ceremony in this idyllic setting. Our wedding videographers offer packages that include a complete digital download of all footage as well as a five minute edited video to be accompanied with sound. Additional editing options are also available upon request.

Live Cast

Not everybody can attend in person but many would like to share in the moment. This is especially true in today’s environment. This means couples are now finding ways to stream their event so guests that cannot attend in-person can still enjoy the festivities. Happenings™ not only helps you plan your event, but it can also act as a live-streaming platform, broadcasting online to anyone, anywhere. Whether it’s a family member a great distance away who is unable to travel or your Facebook friends, Happenings™ lets everyone you care about be there with you.
